Thermography

Thermography is a method of testing using an infrared camera that can detect blood flow and patters of heat.

Naturopaths at Asclepeo use this method of testing to assess body heat and blood flow through the bodies to identify possible inflammation areas and stagnation.

It is also used as an alternative to detect possible breast cancer. The idea behind this test is that cancer cells multiple and require more blood blow to develop. The temperature around the tumour would rise.

An advantage of using this test is that it does not use radiation like a mammograph does.
